I. overview

ZKZ-3/T type speed monitoring device is connected with the speed pulse sensor, signal of voltage transformer, the speed of real-time monitoring of hydrogenerator and in the unit the speed output switch quantity signal and corresponds to the rotational speed of the unit, analog signal, automatic start and stop and power plant monitoring system service.

Three, the main technical performance

四、工作原理

ZKZ-3/T型轉速監控裝置由齒盤、傳感器及監測裝置本體三部分構成。監測裝置采用了MCS-51系列單片機系統。系統內部分頻后產生測量定時脈沖，周期為2us,其測量精度可達0.01HZ,穩定性高，長期不變。顯示電路采用高亮度動態顯示方案，亮度高。

信號測量電路有隔離、放大、整形功能，兩路信號完全，當齒盤信號斷線時，自動切入PT信號，0.3V~250V范圍內的信號電壓能長期可靠工作，300V以內也能斷短期可靠工作。測速齒盤將其方波信號取入計算機內，再換算對應的頻率、轉速、轉速百分比等內容提供顯示、記憶。ZKZ-3/T測速裝置具有機組蠕動報警功能，當機組停機發生蠕動時，便發出蠕動報警信號。

五、面板說明

3.         性質指示燈：n%亮，表示顯示值為轉速百分比

fp亮，表示輸入信號源為齒盤信號f_M亮，表示輸入信號源為殘壓信號

六、接線端子

電源：電壓范圍AC85-265V/50Hz或DC110-340V，無性限制，本儀器無電源開關，電源接上以后便長期連續運行。

PT：    電壓互感器輸入信號；+24V：脈沖傳感器供電電源；f_C ：脈沖輸入信號；

COM： 脈沖傳感器信號公共端；4~20mA：標準電流模擬量輸出端子。

J1~J8：轉速輸出接點端子（SPST）；J9：     電源異常報警接點（SPST）；

J10： 蠕動輸出接點端子（SPST）；GND： 機殼接地。
