浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司研發一種γ?氧化鋁微球改性的制備方法。以仲丁醇鋁作鋁源制備前驅體溶膠，過程簡便快速，制備出的γ?氧化鋁微球純度較高，了微球的均一性、球形度、表面光滑程度和強度；在同軸環管型微通道中利用連續相流動產生的剪切力得到單分散性高的分散相液滴，進一步的，在固化過程中，利用溫度引發、pH內部引發和pH外部引發在微通道內實現分散相液滴的快速凝膠化和固化，了γ?氧化鋁微球的球形度和均一性，且表面光滑，內部孔結構可控；γ?氧化鋁微球直徑為300～500μm，比表面積為290～400m。
