       西北師范大學（Northwest Normal University），位于甘肅省蘭州市，是甘肅省人民政府和教育部共建的重點大學  。入選中西部高校基礎能力建設工程、教師培養計劃，為重點支持的西部地區十四所大學之一。   由北京師范大學對口支援西北師范大學。

      ZT-4A(X)型鐵電參數測試儀在本科教學中能夠起到很大的輔助作用，包括能畫出鐵電薄膜的電滯回線，定量得到鐵電薄膜材料的飽和化Ps、剩余化Pr、矯頑場Ec、漏電流等參數;可以進行鐵電薄膜材料的鐵電疲勞性能、鐵電保持性能的測試，電阻測量，漏電流測量這些重要的參數指標能夠得到，能夠讓學生直觀的認識。

ZT-4A(X) ferroelectric parameter tester can play a great assistant role in undergraduate teaching, including drawing hysteresis loop of ferroelectric thin film, quantitatively obtaining saturated polarization Ps, residual polarization Pr, coercive field Ec, leakage current and other parameters of ferroelectric thin film materials; testing ferroelectric fatigue performance, ferroelectric retention performance, resistance measurement, leakage current measurement of ferroelectric thin film materials. Some important parameters can be obtained, which can make students intuitively understand.
